People

The representation of the values of respect and research, as main elements of the activity, is expressed not only by the compliance with the main principles of law, honesty, transparency, fairness and good faith, but it’s also focused to meet the aims of sustainable development in respect of    people: employees, contractors, suppliers and consumers.

Reasearch and tracking

The attentive view of the companies of the Group to research innovative processes and guarantee high quality standards, heading towards those          sustainable products which meet the common requirements of  the clients. The management of sustainable materials develops through a tracking system set up by the company, capable to follow and identify the article along the processing cycle right up until the finished product.

4SUSTAINABILITY

In the second half of 2020 the Group has started the project  4sustainability in cooperation with the consulting company Process Factory according to ZDHC (Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemical)  method, agreed and shared by the most important Luxury Brands. The approach combines and provides distinct methods for risk management and compliance, by integrating environmental management, safety, social liability and sustainability.

Workers, contractors, suppliers, people who use our product are the main resources and we appreciate their work, listen to them, share knowledge, work harmoniously which is the core of our project.

THE PROJECT 4 SUSTAINABILITY

The incentive of the market and the evaluation of the environmental impact of the working processes of the SNG Group pushed us to look for solutions for a more sustainable production also from the chemical point of view. Sensitivity to environmental issues and the priority aim to protect mankind and the environment, led the Group to face the subject of chemical substances toxic and harmful to health, implementing in the production cycle activities and supervisions with the aim to gradually remove the presence, by applying the guidance of the ZDHC programme (Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemicals). The evaluation of the chemical risk and the holistic approach allow the Group to contribute to reach some of the sustainable development objectives 2030 adopted by the United Nations (SDG’s). In view of the objectives, a management method has been identified and structured in progressive levels of implementation and focused to excellence:
